My earthly name is Michela, but my Spirit Guides call me Satya Sakara. I am a Yoga and meditation Teacher, Heart Alchemist, Energy Healer, and Workshop Facilitator. The medicine I bring into this world is Divine Love.
Now, I am working with women moving through the sacred passage of perimenopause and menopause to open them to their power and potential and give them the Freedom to be who they are.
My Story
Over 20 years ago, I faced a significant decision and chose to leave everything behind to begin a new life. When I arrived in Ireland, I immersed myself in various holistic and spiritual practices such as holistic massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, different reiki systems, angelic healing modalities, tantra, sacred sexuality, and more. I am grateful for the opportunity to experience the healing power of shamanic practices and connect with sacred energies. My teachings and services result from years of learning, healing, and personal experience, all delivered from the heart and guided by divine inspiration.
